Common use of Conformed copy of contract Clause in Contracts

Conformed copy of contract. Nexus shall produce and send to the Train Operator and to ▇▇▇ a conformed copy of this contract within 28 days of the making of any amendment or modification to it (including any modification made by virtue of Schedule 10).
