Conforming Measures. The Parties shall conclude the discussions, and where relevant the negotiations, referred to in paragraph 1, no later than five years from the date of entry into force of this Agreement, unless the Parties otherwise agree. These discussions shall be overseen by the FTA Joint Commission established under Article 19.1 (Free Trade Agreement Joint Commission) in Chapter 19 (Institutional Provisions).
