The 'Connecting the Service' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for establishing a connection between the service provider's system and the customer's premises or equipment. Connecting the Service. After we accept your Application for the Preselect Service and, if you are already Preselected to another Supplier, receipt of your transfer authority authorising us to change your Preselection to us, we will try to connect the Preselect Service within a reasonable period.
