Connection. Using the Services requires a remote connection (Internet or private network), suitable and sized for the intended use of the Services. The Client is responsible for this connection and bears all related costs. The Internet is subject to technical hazards (notably unreliable connection lines, fluctuating bandwidth, interruptions) and security risks beyond the control of OVHcloud. OVHcloud is not responsible for these failures and their consequences, in particular when they lead to unavailability and/or discontinuity of the Services.
