Connectivity and Access to CGI System. Customer acknowledges that the CGI System is hosted by CGI and that Customer is required to maintain an adequate connection to the CGI System. Failure to maintain adequate connectivity to the CGI System will impact user experience and falls entirely outside of CGI’s responsibility under this Agreement. Customer shall ensure that its network and systems comply with the relevant specifications provided by CGI from time to time; and be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining its network connections and telecommunications links from its systems to CGI Data Center(s), and all problems, conditions, delays, delivery failures and all other loss or damage arising from or relating to the Customer’s network connections or telecommunications links or caused by the internet.
