Connectors Sample Clauses

The 'Connectors' clause defines the requirements and specifications for the types of connectors to be used in a particular project or agreement. It typically outlines the technical standards, compatibility requirements, and sometimes the approved manufacturers or models for connectors that must be used to ensure proper integration between components. For example, it may require that all electrical connectors meet certain safety certifications or that data connectors are compatible with specified equipment. This clause ensures that all parties use compatible and reliable connectors, thereby reducing the risk of technical failures and ensuring seamless operation of interconnected systems.

Connectors. The loadability of connectors and splices must meet or exceed the loadability of the conductors for which they are sized. The individual owners are to confirm, with the manufacturers involved, that the connectors and splices, when installed in accordance with the methods actually used in each case, may be loaded safely to the proposed line terminal ratings, without exceeding the maximum allowable temperature limits of the conductors.
Connectors. Connectors (including the vehicle inlet) are deemed to meet this requirement if: (a) They comply with 5.1.1.1. and 5.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that such Connectors are not part of the Hosted Services, and that Entrust grants no rights, warranties or support for any Connectors or for the interoperability of the Hosted Services with such Connectors under this ECSS Schedule. If Customer uses any Connector, Customer has exclusive responsibility to ensure that it has any and all requisite rights to use the Connector, including using it to transfer any data from or to the Hosted Services, and to use the product or service with which it connects. The use of a Connector does not create any data subprocessor relationship between Entrust and any third party.
Connectors. At least 33% of Level 2 connectors at each project site must be SAE J1772 connectors, and at least 33% of DCFC connectors at each project site must be CCS1 connectors. Connector types other than SAE J1772, CCS1, and NACS may be installed at project sites, but are not factored into the grant award amount.
