Consecutive Days of Work. In Section 5.02 the Employer has agreed not to schedule any employee for more than five (5) daily shifts in the normal workweek. However, a part-time employee, a casual employee, or a student, may elect to work one (1) additional daily shift in the normal workweek to replace an employee who is not available for their scheduled shift.
