Common use of Consent and Representations Clause in Contracts

Consent and Representations. I hereby agree that I have carefully read the above information regarding informed consent and fully understand the implications thereof. I hereby agree to the conditions outlined above concerning electronic delivery of Account Communications. I also agree that I will maintain a valid email address and continue to have access to the Internet. If my e-mail address changes, I agree to notify GTN Asia of my new e-mail address immediately in writing. The Account Holder represents and warrants to GTN Asia that; The Account Holder qualifies as an Accredited Investor or Expert Investor and agrees to provide evidence of the same to GTN Asia at the time of opening the account and on continuous basis thereafter. The Account Holder agrees and consents to be classified as an Accredited Investor or Expert Investor at all times during the term of this Agreement and acknowledges and agrees that by being classified as an Accredited Investor or Expert Investor, the Account Holder will not be entitled to the higher level of protection available to retail investors.
