I understand and agree that: • The Greater London Authority (GLA) may use my image, film, video, sound recording, transcripts and any documented record for any internal/external promotional purposes and /or publications (printed, electronic media and electronic formats, including internal and external websites as well as social media sites). • The GLA may share my image, film, video, sound recording, transcripts and any documented records for promotional purposes and publications only, with other partner agencies inclusive of GLA Group members and the Department for Work and Pensions who are acting as the Managing Authority for the ESF. • The GLA does not accept any responsibility if I am recognized from my images, film, video, sound recordings, transcripts or in any documented record, by any members of the public. • The GLA will use all the above-mentioned materials wholly or in part and that these may be altered or revised as deemed necessary. I am aware that: • I can withdraw my consent to the GLA using my case study at any time by writing to the GLA Skills and Employment Team. I may also be referred to in Ministers’ speeches or in written annual reports. DWP may share my image, film, video, sound recordings, transcripts and any documented record with its agencies, other Government departments (including their agencies) and external organisations to use for their promotional purposes and publications. You will prepare and submit to us such reports as we may reasonably require to specified timescales in connection with Project review meetings convened from time to time by us and the timetable for Claims to be submitted to the GLA. Such reports may be in electronic form, submitted via OPS, Excel or Word format submitted by email or via the GLA’s preferred secure online portal as instructed by the GLA, or in hard copy. The GLA may require you to provide additional or more frequent reports if the Project is subject to a Project Improvement Plan as set out in the Delivery Handbook at Schedule 7 of this Agreement. Data to be supplied pursuant to this Agreement must be transmitted to the GLA securely through OPS, the GLA’s preferred secure online portal, or by such other means as required by the GLA. By submitting data via OPS you are confirming that the Outputs and Results for which you are claiming a payment are eligible, have actually been achieved by you or your sub-contractor or Sub-grantee, and you have all of the Evidence necessary to support your claim for payment. Evidence submitted via the GLA’s preferred secure online portal must be certified by you as a true copy of the original in accordance with the ESF requirements and the GLA’s instructions. You must keep the information pertaining to the Project on OPS fully updated. Access to the OPS is restricted and you agree to comply with the conditions of use regarding the supply of data to the GLA set out in guidance issued by the GLA from time to time. In addition and without prejudice to your compliance with the evaluation arrangements set out in the Delivery Handbook, you will comply with all and any evaluation framework and guidance provided by the GLA from time to time and with all requests in relation to our evaluation strategies and/or requirements in accordance with clauses 11.9 and 13 of this Agreement.
