Consent to Change Coverage. It is expressly understood and agreed that Certegy may not reduce the Limits below those stated above or discontinue or terminate the Insurance Coverage for any reason without prior notice to, and the express written consent of, Bancard, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
