Common use of Consent to Subprocessor Engagement Clause in Contracts

Consent to Subprocessor Engagement. Customer specifically authorizes Google’s engagement as Subprocessors of those entities disclosed as described in Section 11.2 (Information about Subprocessors) as of the Addendum Effective Date. In addition, without prejudice to Section 11.4 (Opportunity to Object to Subprocessors), Customer generally authorizes Google’s engagement of other third parties as Subprocessors (“New Subprocessors”).
