Consequence of non-compliance. If a Consortium beneficiary or a Third Party Beneficiary breaches any of its obligations under the Call, the grant may be reduced and the Agreement or participation may be terminated.   • Effect of Non-Compliance Failure to comply with the requirements set forth herein may result in termination of this Agreement and/or ineligibility for award of future contracts.
