Common use of Consequences of Event cancellation Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Event cancellation. or conversion to a fully "virtual" Event If the Event is cancelled (but not postponed), or is converted to a fully "virtual", or on-line event: (a) We will notify the Exhibitor by email; (b) unless the Exhibitor notifies Us, by email, that it wishes to participate as a "virtual" Exhibitor (if We offer that option), all Exhibition Fees received will be refunded in full. If the Exhibitor notifies Us that it wishes to participate as a "virtual" Exhibitor, the Exhibitor must pay the Exhibition Fee We advertise for "virtual" Exhibition at the Event and We will refund the difference between that sum and any monies paid to date.
