Common use of Consequences of Non-Availability Clause in Contracts

Consequences of Non-Availability. If the Administrative Agent notifies the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.9.2 that the Other Currency requested or elected by such Borrower to be continued is not available, such notification shall (a) in the case of any Borrowing Request, revoke such Borrowing Request and (b) in the case of any Continuation/Conversion Notice, result in the LIBO Rate Loans denominated in such Other Currency being automatically converted into LIBO Rate Loans denominated in Dollars for a one month Interest Period on the last day of the then current Interest Period with respect to such LIBO Rate Loans denominated in such Other Currency.
