Consequences of Non-Availability. If an Other Currency Lender notifies a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.17(b) that the Other Currency requested or elected by a requesting Borrower to be continued is not available, such notification shall subject to the terms of Section 8.04, in the case of any Notice of Other Currency Borrowing, revoke such Notice of Other Currency Borrowing.
