Consequences of Refusal. If any employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, the Employer may subject the employee to disciplinary action up to and including discharge from employment.
Consequences of Refusal. If an Employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, the Employee shall be discharged from employment on grounds of insubordination.

Consequences of Refusal. Employees may refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. However, employees who refuse to undergo testing or who fail to cooperate with the testing procedures (1) may be subject to discipline, up to and including immediate discharge; and/or (2) may result in the denial of Workers’ Compensation Benefits and the employee may be required to incur the medical and testing costs related to the accident, injury or illness.

For this purpose (and without limiting the scope of the above exclusion in respect of indirect or consequential loss or damage) any loss or damage suffered by the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding or such assets which would not have been suffered by it or such assets had the breach, act or omission in question not also been or given rise to an Event of Default or enforcement of the security contributed by the Funding Deed of Charge shall be treated as indirect or consequential loss or damage.
