Consequences of Violations. Any subcontractor found to be in violation of the Company's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy will be immediately terminated from all current or future contracts with the Company.
Consequences of Violations. Students who misuse VHJSD’s technology resources will be subject to discipline which may include loss of access to VHJSD technology resources and/or other appropriate disciplinary or legal action in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and applicable laws. Consequences of Violations. 1. Applicants who violate any of the above prohibitions under consideration for employment shall not be hired, and shall not be considered for employment for at least a year. 2. Consequences of Violations. Violations of the Fair Use Policy or Non-Distribution Agreement may result in: 1. Suspension or termination of membership. 2. Legal action for breach of contract or confidentiality. 3. Financial penalties or reimbursement for damages caused by the violation.
