Common use of Consideration and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Consideration and Revocation. (a) The Employee acknowledges that the Company has advised the Employee to consult with an attorney of the Employee’s own choosing prior to executing this Release. The Employee represents that the Employee has had the opportunity to review this Release with an attorney of the Employee’s choosing. The Employee also agrees and acknowledges that the Employee is receiving benefits and payments to which the Employee would not otherwise be entitled unless the Employee signs this Release, that the Employee has read the Release in its entirety and understands the Release, and that the Employee has entered into this Release freely, knowingly and voluntarily. (b) The Employee has twenty-one (21) calendar days to consider the terms of this Release. However, the Employee may sign and return this Release before the expiration of the twenty-one (21) calendar day period. The Employee agrees that changes to this Release, whether material or immaterial, will not restart the running of the twenty-one (21) calendar day period. Once signed, the Employee will have seven (7) additional calendar days from the date that the Employee signs this Release to revoke the Employee’s consent. Such revocation must be in writing and must be addressed and personally delivered or mailed by United States registered mail or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: c/o T1 Energy Inc. ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇. This Release will be considered effective and enforceable on the eighth (8th) calendar day following the date the Employee signs and returns this Release to the Company.
