Consideration of Recommendations. Managers’ recommendations in the required format will be reviewed by a Human Resources Panel chaired by a member of Directorate. The panel will include a Director, the Director Human Resources and a Staff Representative. The Staff Representative will be a non-voting member of the committee. This committee will ensure all Employees are considered. * The Panel will make appropriate recommendations to the Chief Executive. * Managers and relevant Employees will be advised of the results by the Chief Executive.
