Common use of Constructability Review Clause in Contracts

Constructability Review. District and/or its designee, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to conduct a constructability review of the Construction Documents. A report shall be given to Architect who shall make necessary changes along with providing written comments for each item listed in the report. Conducting a constructability review does not excuse Architect’s obligation to provide Services that shall comply with professional architectural standards, including the standard of care applicable to architects designing public school facilities and applicable requirements of federal, state, and local law.
