Common use of Constructability Reviews Clause in Contracts

Constructability Reviews. The ▇▇▇▇ shall evaluate whether (a) the drawings and specifications are configured to enable efficient construction, (b) design elements are standardized, (c) construction efficiency is properly considered in the drawings and specifications, (d) module/preassembly design are prepared to facilitate fabrication, transport and installation, (e) the design promotes accessibility of personnel, material and equipment and facilitates construction under adverse weather conditions, (f) sequences of work required by or inferable from the drawings and specifications are practicable, and (g) the design addresses efficiency issues such as access and entrance to the site, laydown and storage of materials, staging of site facilities, construction parking, and other similar issues.
