CONSTRUCTION ACCESS. Construction traffic access and egress for grading, public utility construction, and street construction is restricted to access the subdivision via the planned construction access off of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue. No construction traffic is permitted on other adjacent local streets.
CONSTRUCTION ACCESS. The Owner AGREES that all construction access to the site shall only be from . The construction access route must be clearly signed to the satisfaction of the City. The construction access route must be maintained in good condition to avoid the transfer of dirt and debris from the subdivision development.

Access to the Project site shall be limited to improved streets located in existing rights-of-way directly adjacent to the area under development, which improved streets and rights-of-way shall be maintained in a clean and orderly manner kept clear of all construction debris and material.

B. The Port will provide a berthing location for Contractor's equipment and parking for Contractor's vehicles at an available location at no additional cost to contractor, provided the Contractor request such accommodations at least five (5) calendar days prior to commencing dredging. Port will provide berthing and parking as close as possible to the dredging location, based on availability. Contractor shall note that berthing and parking may not be available at the dredging site.
C. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Port at least five (5) days prior to mobilization to be assured that berthing and dredging operations at a given site does not conflict with other scheduled activities or cause unnecessary security concerns.
CONSTRUCTION ACCESS. Construction traffic access and egress for all building and Subdivision Improvements is restricted to access the Subdivision at the approved designated rock construction entrance(s) per the approved erosion control plans and as permitted by Washington County. All construction parking and staging, including the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies during the construction of the Subdivision Improvements must be completed interior to the Subdivision and are not allowed to occur on any adjacent public street or public right-of-way, including, but not limited to Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAH 17) or 10th Street North (CSAH 10). The Developer and its contractors shall be responsible for the repair and restoration of any damage to any street, curb, trail, sidewalk, and boulevard caused by the construction activities. All such repairs shall be inspected by the City and meet all City standards and specifications.
