Building Access. The authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the District’s premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of adjusting grievances, investigating working conditions, or ascertaining the provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to; provided the representatives notify the supervisor of their presence and that they do not interfere with employees in the performance of their duties. The Union shall furnish the District with the names of its authorized representatives.
Building Access. The Union representatives shall have access to the College premises during business hours, PROVIDED that no conferences or meetings between employees and Union representatives will hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work. The College agrees to allow the Union access to College buildings for Union meetings to transact Union business, PROVIDED such use does not interfere with previously scheduled building activities and is done in compliance with procedures regulating use of College facilities.
Building Access. The Professional Services Contractor shall be responsible for the sign out, distribution, safe use and return of all building keys and/or access cards, and shall be responsible for all costs associated with failure to return these items (e.g., the cost to re-key/re-implement the system).
Building Access. Anyone who does not reasonably satisfy a building security guard (if any) that he has a right to enter the building may be excluded by the guard. Lessor shall not be liable for damages for any good faith error with regard to admission or exclusion from the building of any person. In case of fire, destruction, invasion, mob, riot, or other commotion, Lessor reserves the right to prevent access to the building by closing the doors or otherwise.
Building Access. The President of the Association or his/her designated representative(s) may visit schools. Upon arrival, the President or his/her designated representative(s) shall notify the Principal of his/her presence in the building and the purpose if his/her visit. Visits to schools must not interfere with teaching and other duties assigned by the Board and the Administration or with other school needs.
Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building. ii. Contractor will not have access to building interior except as required to complete the Work. iii. Contractor shall limit interior use to those trades performing the Work.

Building Access. A charge for re-keying will be assessed for all lost keys or keys not returned upon termination of this Agreement. BYU identification cards are used for access into Helaman Halls, and for access into apartments and buildings of Heritage Halls. Identification cards are nontransferable. If a card is lost, the Tenant must immediately deactivate the card in myBYU.
Building Access. A building supervisor may be used to open and close the building if use is outside of normal operation hours. User must arrive on time or the supervisor will be dismissed after 1 hour and User will be considered a “no show”. No refund will be issued in this case.
Building Access. There shall be open access to the Building during Standard Hours of Operation. At all other times, access to the Building may be restricted, at Landlord's election, by use of a card access system at an entrance to the Building. Landlord shall furnish Tenant at no cost up to four (4) access cards per 1,000 rentable square feet occupied by Tenant (as of the Commencement Date) for entering the Building. Additional cards and replacement cards (for lost access cards) shall be made available to Tenant at a charge equal to $20.00 per card upon Landlord's receipt of an order signed by Tenant, and Landlord reserves the right to increase the charge if necessary to cover its costs of obtaining and processing such additional or replacement cards. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with written notice of any lost or stolen access cards for the Building. Landlord shall replace all defective or worn access cards without charge. All cards shall remain the property of Landlord. No additional locks shall be allowed on any exterior door of the Premises without Landlord's written permission and locks on any interior door shall be permitted only to the extent such locks are permissible under applicable laws and relevant insurance requirements. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all access cards and keys related to the Premises, and give to Landlord the combination of all locks for sages, safe cabinets and vault doors, if any, to remain in the Premises and in the event Tenant fails to return all such access cards to Landlord at the end of the Term, Tenant shall pay Landlord $20.00 for each such access card not returned to Landlord. Landlord agrees that Tenant may control all cards providing access to the first floor space if Tenant provides all maintenance and janitorial services, but as to any area where Landlord is to provide maintenance and janitorial services, Landlord must be provided access to such area(s).
