Construction Codes. A. Grantee shall adhere to all building and zoning codes currently or hereafter applicable to construction in the Franchise Area. B. The Grantor shall have the right to inspect all construction or installation work in the public rights-of-way performed pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
