Common use of Construction Codes Clause in Contracts

Construction Codes. The Grantee shall strictly adhere to all applicable building, zoning or other laws and codes currently or hereafter in force in the City. The Grantee shall arrange its lines, cables and other appurtenances, on both public and private property, in such a manner as to cause no unreasonable interference, as determined by the Grantor, with the use of said public or private property by any person. In the event of such interference, Grantor may require the removal of Grantee's lines, cables and appurtenances from the property in question following thirty (30) days’ notification to the Grantee.
