Common use of Construction Document Sets Clause in Contracts

Construction Document Sets. The Project Architect shall coordinate the printing, binding and distribution of the initial issuance of all construction documents to all Subcontractor proposers requesting documents in order to provide proposals to the Construction Manager. A minimum of twenty-five (25) sets will be furnished at the expense of the Owner. The Construction Manager shall utilize all construction documents returned to the Project Architect from the Subcontractor proposers.
