Common use of Constructions Clause in Contracts

Constructions. Unless the context of this Agreement clearly requires otherwise, references to the plural include the singular, the singular includes the plural, the part includes the whole, "including" is not limiting and "or" has inclusive meaning represented by the phrase "and/or". The words "hereof," "herein," "hereby," "hereunder" and similar terms in this Agreement refer to this Agreement as a whole (including the Preamble, the Recitals and all Schedules and Exhibits attached hereto) and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. Article, Section, subsection, Exhibit, Recital, Preamble and Schedule references in this Agreement are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified. References in this Agreement to any agreement, other document or law "as amended" or "as amended from time to time," or to amendments of any document or law, shall include any amendments, supplements, replacements, renewals or other modifications not prohibited by the Loan Documents.
