Common use of Constructions Clause in Contracts

Constructions. In the event an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement shall be construed as if drafted jointly by the Employee and the Company, and no presumption or burden of proof shall arise in favor or disfavoring either by virtue of the authorship of any provisions of this Agreement. The captions of this Agreement are not part of the provisions hereof and shall have no force or effect.
