Common use of Consultant Not Agent Clause in Contracts

Consultant Not Agent. Except as Manager may specify in writing, Consultant, and its agents, employees, subcontractors and sub consultants shall have no authority, expressed or implied, to act on behalf of OCDCSA in any capacity, as agents or otherwise, or to bind OCDCSA to any obligation.
