Consultant Project Management. Consultant shall appoint a Project Manager who will be responsible for overall management of Consultant=s responsibilities hereunder.
Consultant Project Management. The Consultant will provide management of the team of subconsultants and coordinate efforts for each task and the preparation of deliverables. Monthly invoices that comply with C/CAG and Caltrans requirements will be provided to C/CAG that include progress reports on activities supporting each task and the status of deliverables. Deliverables: Monthly consultant invoices and work summaries.
Consultant Project Management. The Consultant shall assign a Project Manager who will communicate regularly with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Transit’s (JCT) Project Manager on technical and policy matters and issues affecting completion of this study. The Consultant's Project Manager will also supervise individual discipline leaders to assure appropriate and/or required coordination with the Study Advisory Committee, federal, state, regional or local agencies, community or other special interest groups has been accomplished. A study kick-off meeting will be held and attended by key study team members, including the Project Manager, and key members of the Consultant’s project team.
Consultant Project Management. The overall management of the commission shall include for the following: Adhering to the project stages and timing of these stages and roles and responsibilitiesin particular identifying those to be responsible for quality assurances that are removed from the day to day running of the project. Agreement and Management of change. Risk register review, update (including Consultant risk budget) and implementation of resulting Consultant actions where required. Attendance at Workshops as required by the scope of work. Financial and carbon updates and forecasts to meet EA deadlines together with the production of checkpoint reports, end stage reports, exception reports (as required), end project report and any other reports deemed necessary. Attend project board and programme board meetings as required in capacity as Consultant project manager to be responsible for delivery of services and products in line with accepted programme. Co-operate with the Client in the role of the BIM Information Manager Handover package of project deliverables. The environmental lead is an integrated member of the project team and also attends progress meetings, risk workshops, project board and programme board meetings as required. Review and update the lessons learnt log and disseminate any key lessons learnt to the business. Review and update the issues log and determine the appropriate action required to resolve. All model and survey information will be provided to the Consultant in an encrypted format (using WinZip 128 bit encryption) according to the Client’s Data Security Policy. It is expected that once the commission is completed, all the original data sent to the Consultant, which is classed as commercially sensitive, is returned in an encrypted format using WinZip 128 bit encryption or deleted. Project deliverables such as model files, survey data or anything of a personal nature such as questionnaires or address data must also be returned in an encrypted format using WinZip 128 bit encryption or deleted. Checkpoint report, end stage report, end project report, exception reports (as required) in standard template giving progress against programme, deliverables received and expected and financial summary against programmed. Consider the following and document how they may be addressed on this contract:
Consultant Project Management. 2.3.1 In managing the service the Consultant shall follow all the requirements as set out in the Collaborative Delivery Framework schedules and the relevant content of the Minimum Technical Requirements. • In managing the service the Consultant shall • AD: Develop a Project Risk Register incorporating risks from all supporting delivery parties. Update the Project Risk Register on a monthly basis with input from all supporting delivery partners. • Provide input to project efficiency CERT Form. • AD: Attend progress meetings and prepare record minutes within a week for the Client to issue. Including: o Attendance at monthly progress meetings, to be held via MS Teams o Participating in bi-weekly teleconferences to progress any issues o To attend once a month and present key project options and decisions at the Project Board meetings. These would be as required by the project and would be run virtually. • Produce monthly financial updates and forecasts meeting the Client’s project reporting timetable together with progress reports. Monthly financial updates and forecasts to meet EA deadlines provided by no later than the 5th day of each month. • Deliver a monthly progress report in the Client’s standard template (Link) giving progress against programme, deliverables received and expected and financial and carbon summary against programme. • Ensure quarterly input into framework performance assessment/environmental Performance Measures. • Ensure the Consultant’s environmental lead provides monthly progress and risk reviews to the Client and attends progress meetings, as invited. • Maintain and show how accurate and up to date information on the whole-life cost and carbon of options is driving optimum solutions at all stages of design development. • Capture lessons learnt relevant to scheme delivery for the Client’s Project Manager EA PM to include in the scheme lessons learnt log on Projects Online (POL) and to be appended to the OBC.
Consultant Project Management. The CONSULTANT will provide a Real Estate Project Manager with sufficient experience and capability to provide an acceptable level of management and coordination of all the functional areas. Functional areas are defined as appraisal, negotiation, relocation, and lands management. This will include the responsibility to insure that all of these functional areas are accomplished according to the appropriate laws, statutes, codes, and policies. Beyond the defined functional areas, the project manager will provide the coordination, oversight, and leadership required to deliver the project in a professional, timely, and cost effective manner. The CONSULTANT Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate reports, spread sheets, and will be the lead contact between the CONSULTANT FIRM and the MUNICIPALITY. The CONSULTANT Project Manager will be the RECOMMENDATION AUTHORITY on all (non-contract) submittals to the MUNICIPALITY to include but not limited to: Appraisal Objective Reviews Vouchers for parcel payments Nominal value parcel reports Administrative Revisions Revised Offers Right of Way Certifications The CONSULTANT Project Manager will insure proper coordination is implemented and maintained between the consultant Real Estate staff and other Municipality personnel, or assigns, such as design, and construction. Essentially, being responsible for the correctness, applicability, and implementation of all appropriate resources, staff, expenditures, documents, submittals, and any other activities related to real estate project management.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Project Management Plan Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
