Consultants And Advisors Bound Sample Clauses

The "Consultants and Advisors Bound" clause ensures that any consultants, advisors, or similar third parties engaged by a party to the agreement are also required to comply with the terms and obligations set forth in the contract. In practice, this means that if a company hires an external consultant to assist with a project covered by the agreement, that consultant must adhere to confidentiality, intellectual property, or other relevant provisions as if they were a direct party. This clause is essential for preventing circumvention of contractual obligations through third parties and maintaining the integrity and enforceability of the agreement's terms.
