Consultation before terminations. 55.1 Where the Employer decides that the Employer no longer wishes the job the Employee has been doing to be done by anyone, and this is not due to the ordinary and customary turnover of labour, and that decision may lead to termination of employment, the Employer shall notify and consult with the Employee(s) directly affected. 55.2 The consultation shall take place as soon as it is practicable after the Employer has made a decision and shall cover the reasons for the proposed terminations, measures to avoid or minimise the terminations and/or their adverse effects on the Employee(s) concerned.

Consultation before terminations. 55.1 (a) Where the Employer an employer decides that the Employer employer no longer wishes the job the Employee employee has been doing to be done by anyone, and this is not due to the ordinary and customary turnover of labour, and that decision may lead to termination of employment, the Employer employer shall notify consult the employee directly affected and consult with the Employee(s) directly affectedwhere relevant, their representative. 55.2 (b) The consultation shall take place as soon as it is practicable after the Employer employer has made a decision decision, which will invoke the provisions of clause 4.6.1(a) and shall cover the reasons for the proposed terminations, measures to avoid or minimise the terminations and/or their adverse effects on the Employee(s) employees concerned.
