CONSULTATION ON CONFORMITY ANALYSIS APPROACH Clause Samples
The "Consultation on Conformity Analysis Approach" clause establishes a requirement for parties to discuss and agree upon the methods and standards used to assess whether products, services, or processes meet specified requirements. In practice, this means that before any conformity assessment is conducted, the involved parties must consult with each other to determine the appropriate testing procedures, benchmarks, or certification bodies to be used. This clause ensures that both sides have a clear, mutual understanding of how compliance will be evaluated, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring that conformity assessments are conducted fairly and transparently.
