Common use of Consulting Relationship Clause in Contracts

Consulting Relationship. Company hereby retains Consultant, and Consultant hereby agrees to be retained by Company, as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, with such duties and responsibilities to be effective as of the effective time of the Merger (the “Effective Time”).
