Common use of Consulting Services Fees Clause in Contracts

Consulting Services Fees. Customer agrees to pay Secureworks for the Consulting Services in accordance with the applicable SOW. For each SOW, the Consulting Services will commence on the date specified in the applicable SOW (the “Consulting Services Commencement Date”) and Secureworks may invoice Customer for such Consulting Services on or after the Consulting Services Commencement Date.
