Common use of Consulting Services Fees Clause in Contracts

Consulting Services Fees. Except as otherwise provided for in a particular Order Form, the fees for Our Consulting Services will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears and will be due within forty-five (45) days from the date of invoice. You will also reimburse Us for actual travel and living expenses that We incur in providing You with services as may be indicated in an Order Form. Such travel and living expenses will be governed by Our Corporate Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy and will be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears and due within forty-five (45) days from the date of invoice.
