Consumer Credit Code. No provision of this Agreement will be construed in such a manner that it or the resulting interpretation seeks to avoid or modify the effect of any provision of the Consumer Credit Code or any regulations made thereunder; or it results in any obligation on the Hirer to indemnify the Supplier for any loss or liability arising under the Consumer Credit Code.

Each Member acknowledges and consents that following such a request to unsubscribe, such Member may receive one final text message from Masterworks confirming such request.
