Container Colors. Contractor shall ensure that each Container that it newly purchases after January 1, 2022 and provides to a customer serviced under the Agreement conforms to the following color scheme for containers or lid colors: Black/Grey Garbage Containers or lids for collection of Solid Waste, Blue Recycling Containers or lids for collection of Recyclable Materials, and Green Organics Containers or lids for collection of Organic Waste. In addition, Contractor shall ensure that all Containers it uses to provide such services to customers serviced under the Agreement conform to such color scheme by January 1, 2036.
Container Colors. Recyclable Materials Cart lids shall be blue. Recyclable Materials Bin, Compactor, and franchise Roll-Off lids or bodies shall be blue. No later than December 31, 2035, Franchisee shall provide all Customers with Collection Containers that comply with the Container color requirements specified in this Section or as otherwise specified in 14 CCR Section 18982; 14 CCR, Division 7, Chapter 12, Article 3; or other Applicable Law.

Container Colors. On July 1, 2023, all new Containers provided by the Contractor shall comply with 2259 the Container color requirements specified in this Section 9.3, or as otherwise specified in 14 CCR 2260 Section 18984; 14 CCR, Division 7, Chapter 12, Article 3. Notwithstanding the requirements of this 2261 Section, Contractor shall not be required to replace existing Containers, including Containers 2262 purchased prior to January 1, 2022, that do not comply with the color requirements of this Section 2263 prior to the end of the useful life of those Containers, or prior to January 1, 2036, whichever comes 2264 first. 2265 1.   • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Assembly (a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly. (b) Each Contracting Party shall be represented by one delegate who may be assisted by alternate delegates, advisors and experts. The Assembly may ask WIPO to grant financial assistance to facilitate the participation of delegations of Contracting Parties that are regarded as developing countries in conformity with the established practice of the General Assembly of the United Nations or that are countries in transition to a market economy. (a) The Assembly shall deal with matters concerning the maintenance and development of this Treaty and the application and operation of this Treaty. (b) The Assembly shall perform the function allocated to it under Article 26(2) in respect of the admission of certain intergovernmental organizations to become party to this Treaty. (c) The Assembly shall decide the convocation of any diplomatic conference for the revision of this Treaty and give the necessary instructions to the Director General of WIPO for the preparation of such diplomatic conference. (a) Each Contracting Party that is a State shall have one vote and shall vote only in its own name. (b) Any Contracting Party that is an intergovernmental organization may participate in the vote, in place of its Member States, with a number of votes equal to the number of its Member States which are party to this Treaty. No such intergovernmental organization shall participate in the vote if any one of its Member States exercises its right to vote and vice versa. (4) The Assembly shall meet in ordinary session once every two years upon convocation by the Director General of WIPO. (5) The Assembly shall establish its own rules of procedure, including the convocation of extraordinary sessions, the requirements of a quorum and, subject to the provisions of this Treaty, the required majority for various kinds of decisions.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
