Content of Order. Each Order shall contain the information listed in Annex 1 to this Part C and shall be in the form specified in Annex 2 to this Part C. Non-compliant Orders: The Parties agree that any document or communication, including a document or communication in the apparent form of an Order, which: does not contain all of the information listed in Annex 1 to this Part C; and/or purports to exclude or vary any of the Mandatory Terms to be included in an Additional Goods, Works and Services Contract, other than as permitted by this Framework Agreement, shall not constitute an Order under this Framework Agreement.
