Content of Records. The Assuming Institution shall establish and maintain records on a separate general ledger, and on such subsidiary ledgers as may be appropriate, in such form and detail as the Receiver or the Corporation may specify, to account for the Shared-Loss Assets and to Module 1 β€” Whole Bank w/ Optional Shared Loss Agreements Coastal Bank Version 3.01 β€” Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement Cocoa Beach, FL December 8, 2010 enable the Assuming Institution to prepare and deliver such reports as the Receiver or the Corporation may from time to time request pursuant to this Article 5.
