Common use of Content of Written Verification Clause in Contracts

Content of Written Verification. The written verification must state: 1. Such person has taken reasonable steps to verify that Subscriber is an Accredited Investor within the prior three months; and 2. Such person has determined that the Subscriber is an Accredited Investor as that term is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act.
