Common use of Content on the Platform Clause in Contracts

Content on the Platform. WFE does not control the content provided by the Operator or User to the Platform, nor does WFE have any obligation to review, refuse, or remove any content available via the Platform (unless ordered to by non- reviewable decision from a competent court). However, WFE reserves the right to remove any content available via the Platform at any time in the event WFE, in its own discretion, deems the content to violate the provisions in this Agreement, public policy or privacy concerns, or if notified of a possible infringement of a third party’s rights.
