Content Providers. Certain Service Providers impose further terms and conditions on providing services (for example, the end user terms covering navigation and location data). By using NissanConnect Services, you also agree to be bound by those additional terms and conditions. Nissan makes no representations regarding the availability of any applications or of the content you select when using the NissanConnect Services and cannot be held responsible for application availability or the content provided to you.
Content Providers. The Xumo Platform is designed to enable access to compatible third-party platforms, products, and services (e.g., Peacock) offered by third-party content and service providers (“Content Providers”). To enable certain services or Content (defined below), you must have valid and verifiable accounts with the applicable Content Providers and agree to abide by any terms that govern the use of their products and services (“Third-Party Terms”). You represent and warrant that your Content Provider accounts which you access through the Xumo Platform are in good standing and that the use of the Xumo Platform on your Xumo Device will not be in violation of any applicable Third-Party Terms. You acknowledge that we have no control over Content Providers or the provision of or access to their services or Content. We do not guarantee that you will be able to use the Xumo Platform with any particular Content Providers’ offerings or that you will be able to access certain channels or Content. In addition to the warranty disclaimers referenced in Section 13 of this Agreement, you acknowledge that we will have no liability for any actions or inactions on the part of the Content Providers resulting in your inability to access your accounts with Content Providers, or otherwise access or use their products or services or Content. You agree that you will use the products, services, or Content offered by Content Providers at your sole risk. IN ADDITION TO ANY DISCLAIMERS SET FORTH IN SUCH THIRD-PARTY TERMS, THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY REFERENCED HEREIN SHALL APPLY TO COMCAST AND ITS LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH CONTENT PROVIDERS AND THEIR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT. Further, information you make available to Content Providers is subject to the privacy policies of such Content Providers.
Content Providers. McKesson will be responsible for all ----------------- interaction with Content Providers relating to the scope and nature of the Content (as distinct from technical delivery of the Content). McKesson will include and exclude Content and Content Providers for the Channels in McKesson's sole reasonable discretion, and will communicate its determinations to AvantGo in a manner reasonably requested by AvantGo. Revenue will be collected and allocated in accordance with section 6 below.

By using InTouch Apps Services to access content or services from such a Service Provider, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that Service Provider. NCI makes no representations regarding the availability of any app or of the services or content you select when using the InTouch Apps Services and cannot be held responsible for app availability or the app content or the app services provided to you.
Content Providers. Point2 may add or remove listings from existing or new Content Providers from the Listing Data at any time.
Content Providers. Provider may include information, data, subject matter, content and substance within its Products provided by or delivered through independent sources (collectively, “Content Providers”). Provider shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such providers leverage data sources, decision trees, patient instructions, and other information developed by credible sources.
Content Providers. Since December 31, 2016, (i) none of the fifteen largest content providers of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined on the basis of content partner specific gross distribution commissions, plus program management fees, taken as a whole, during the twelve-month period ended on December 31, 2016 or the twelve-month period ended on September 30, 2017 (each, a “Significant Content Provider”) has suspended, terminated or materially reduced its relationship with the Company or its Subsidiaries or changed the terms and conditions on which it conducts business with the Company or its Subsidiaries, in any material respect (or, to the Company’s Knowledge, indicated an intention to do any of the foregoing), and (ii) neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries are currently engaging or have engaged in a material dispute with a Significant Content Provider.
