Common use of Continuance of Service Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Service. The issuance of the Shares hereunder is in consideration of the Participant’s continuing directorship with or consultancy to the Company; provided, however, nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant the right to continue as a director of, or advisor or consultant to, the Company or affect the right of the Company to terminate the Participant’s directorship with or consultancy to, the Company at any time in the sole discretion of the Company, with or without cause.
