Continuation of Service Clause Samples

Continuation of Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon any person any right to continue in the service of the Company or any Affiliate thereof, or interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any such Affiliate to terminate such relationship at any time, with or without cause, but nothing contained herein shall effect any other contractual rights of an employee or consultant.

Continuation of Service. Purchaser and Seller acknowledge that each intends to continue providing retail and business banking services in the geographic regions served by the Branches (as defined below) to be acquired by Purchaser under this Agreement.

Continuation of Service. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Grantee’s cessation of service as a member of the Board (other than for cause) shall not be treated as a termination under this Agreement if the Grantee continues without interruption to serve the Company thereafter in a material manner in one (or more) capacities (e.g., service as an employee or consultant), as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

Continuation of Service. This Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continue providing services to the Company or to be nominated to the Board, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s right to terminate the Participant’s service at any time.

Continuation of Service. The County agrees that the Waterline Adjustments shall be undertaken so as to minimize any disruption of water service to existing customers of BRA, Round Rock, Georgetown, and BCMUD, and will not result in the loss of water service to any such customers for a period of no more than five (5) days. In addition, the County shall provide the Parties 30 days’ written notice of any scheduled disruption to water service caused by the Waterline Adjustments.

Continuation of Service. This Option shall not confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the service of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or limit in any respect the right of the Company to discharge the Optionee at any time, with or without Cause and with or without notice.

Continuation of Service. This Agreement shall not be construed to confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the service of the Partnership Entities.

Continuation of Service. I agree and understand that nothing in this Agreement shall confer any right with respect to continuation of Service with Company, nor shall it interfere in any way with my right or Company’s right to terminate my Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without advance notice.

Continuation of Service. It is understood and agreed that employees shall, during and notwithstanding the pendency of any grievance, continue to observe all duties, assignments, policies, rules and regulations.
