Common use of Continuation of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Coverage. Consultant shall, upon demand of the Authority deliver evidence of coverage showing continuation of coverage for not less than 24 months for all policies, and not less than (5) years for claims made policies, following the termination or completion of this Agreement. Consultant further waives all rights of subrogation under this agreement. When any of the required coverages expire during the term of this agreement, Consultant shall deliver the renewal certificate(s) including the general liability additional insured endorsement and evidence of waiver of rights of subrogation against the Authority to the Authority at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date. Failure to continually satisfy the Insurance requirements is a material breach of contract.
