Common use of Continuation of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Coverage. If any of the above coverages expires during the term of this agreement, the PROVIDER shall deliver renewal certificates and/or endorsements to the PAYOR at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date.
