Common use of Continuation of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Coverage. If any of the above coverages expires during the term of this agreement, the PROVIDER shall deliver renewal certificates and/or endorsements to the PAYOR at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date.

Continuation of Coverage. If any of the above coverages expires during the term of this agreement, the PROVIDER shall deliver renewal certificates and/or endorsements to the PAYOR at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date, or if after expiration date renewal certificate shall indicate coverage from the expiration date forward.

Continuation of Coverage. If any of the above coverages expires during the term of this agreement, the PROVIDER shall deliver renewal certificates and/or endorsements to the PAYOR at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date. The duty to maintain the insurance coverage specified in this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and shall be enforceable, regardless of the reason for termination of this Agreement, against PROVIDER.
