Continuation of Insurance Coverage. It is agreed that District may, at its sole and exclusive discretion and option, and without establishing practice or the setting of any precedent, elect to provide continuation of District insurance programs for specific periods of time to employees forced into unpaid leave status due to illness, accident or recovery therefrom.
