Common use of Continuation of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Obligation. It is understood and agreed that insurance and surety obligations; warranties and obligations to defend, indemnify and hold harmless; and document retention requirements will survive completion of the Services and the term of this Agreement.
