Common use of Continuation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Payment. Owner shall continue to be entitled to fees and charges set forth in Section 5 that have accrued or shall accrue and become due and owing to Owner with respect to Products for a period of 3 years next following the effective date of this Agreement. At the end of such 3-year period, providing all royalties due have been paid, all licenses granted by Owner hereunder shall be deemed fully paid up and this Agreement shall not thereafter be subject to termination by Owner.
